At Archaeode, we strive to provide exceptional service. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds on our subscription plans.
Our Commitment
We stand behind our service. If you're not satisfied within the first 14 days, we'll refund your payment — no questions asked.
1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
1.1 Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- You request a refund within 14 days of your initial subscription payment
- This is your first subscription with Archaeode
- You have not previously received a refund from us
1.2 What's Covered
- Full refund of the subscription fee paid
- No processing fees or deductions
- Refund processed within 5–7 business days
1.3 What's Not Covered
- Subscriptions older than 14 days
- Renewal payments (see section 2)
- Custom development or consulting fees
- Third-party integration costs
2. Subscription Renewals
2.1 No Refunds on Renewals
Subscription renewals are non-refundable. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.
2.2 Cancellation Policy
- Cancel anytime before your next billing date
- No cancellation fees
- Access continues until the end of the paid period
- No partial refunds for unused time in the current billing cycle
3. Pro-Rated Refunds
We may offer pro-rated refunds in exceptional circumstances:
- Service Outage: If our service is unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours
- Major Feature Failure: If a core feature is broken and we cannot fix it within 72 hours
- Data Loss: If we lose your data due to our negligence
4. Enterprise Plans
Enterprise plans may have custom refund terms negotiated in your contract. These custom terms supersede this policy. Annual contracts include a 14-day money-back guarantee; after 14 days, annual contracts are non-refundable.
5. How to Request a Refund

- Include your account email and reason for refund (optional)
- We'll process your request within 1–2 business days
- Refund will appear in your account within 5–7 business days
Important Notes
- Refunds are processed through the original payment method
- Your account will be deactivated upon refund
- All data will be deleted after refund (download your projects first)
- Abuse of refund policy may result in account suspension
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback. We're committed to resolving any issues fairly. Chargebacks may result in immediate account suspension and additional fees.
7. Downgrades
If you downgrade your plan:
- Change takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle
- No partial refunds for unused higher-tier features
- You can upgrade again at any time
